		<description><![CDATA[If you are not aware of ThrottleLauncher, its one of the popular application that have made their name in Windows Mobile World. Now, ThrottleLauncher 1.0 is back with much more faster performance and cooler effects. ThrottleLauncher is very well know for being highly customizable, with themes mimicking of iPhone, Android and ThouchFLO3D.
