HTC & Qualcomm Debug Tools are used by HTC & Qualcomm to test the devices/units (Compass, FM transmitter, GPS etc..). SjG & XMOO at XDA-Developer provided us with this cab file.

This cab file have the latest version of all apps. Once installed, it make two directories in your start menu. Named as follows “HTC Debug Tools” & “Qualcomm Tools”. This has been dropped from the latest T-Mobile 2.02 confidential Test ROM. Honestly speaking, I don’t see myself using it. But, some folks may want to try it – just for shits and giggles. This post is meant for them.
