In my recent article I have showed you How to get iPhone style slide to unlock for your Windows Mobile. Here is the updated version with a few bug fixes and added little more functionality. Details of the HOT FIX that will fix bugs introduced in v2.30..

Tomorrow appointments were not titled as “Tomorrow”.

Sometimes sliding text not shown.

S2P song info sometimes show a black background.

Alarm info sometimes misplaced on Landscape mode.

No lock sound/vibration when manual lock on WM6.5.

Re-lock too fast when sending busy SMS.

Left DPAD is now functional when DPAD option is on.

Yesterday’s All Day event would be shown when “Show today past Appointment” is on.

Occasionally today’s past event was not shown in Italic font.

Occasionally distorted graphic was shown on Landscape mode.

“slide to end” was forced to turn on when slider position was set to center.

Occasional double lock on some devices.

TouchFlo 2D Music was not supported.

Now, How do you get this HOTFIX:

Step 1: Download and Extract -  s2u2-v2.30hotfix.zip

Step 2: Stop iLock2 (run iLock2 the 2nd time will close it with a closing message)

Step 3: Connect the device to your PC

Step 4: Browse your device, go the S2U2’s installed folder (e.g. \Program Files\S2U2)

Step 5: Overwrite the installed EXE files with the extracted files

Step 6: Disconnect the device

Step 7: Start iLock2.
