Download YouTube Videos & bring it to iPhone Photo Library

There are so many application out there with which you can download YouTube videos on to your PC or MAC. With just a little tweak, you can use your iPhone to do the same.

Most of you know, how to download YouTube videos on your iPhone (Don’t worry, if you don’t know how to? I will cover it in this article). With just a little tweak you can move all YouTube downloaded videos to your iPhone Photo Library. From here you could TRIM it and/or sync it your PC or MAC.

What apps do I need?

Here is the Step by Step Guide

Step 1: Launch “Cydia”

Step 2: Tap on “Manage”

Step 3: Tap on “Source”

Step 4: Tap on “Edit”

Step 5: Tap on “Add”

Step 6: Type “http://apt.macosmovil.com/” in the field

Step 7: Tap on “Add Source”

Step 8: Tap on “Done”

Step 9: Tap on the source that you just added “macOSmovil”

Step 10: Scroll down to “YourTube” and tap on it.

Step 11: Tap on “Install” and then “Confirm” to complete installation

Step 12: Tap on “Restart Cydia”

Step 13: Now, Tap on the source again – “macOSmovil”

Step 14: Scroll down to “Video Mover” and tap on it

Step 15: Tap on “Install” and then “Confirm” to complete installation

Step 16: Tap on “Restart Cydia”

Step 17: Now, Tap on “Cydia” (which is located at the bottom left corner)

Step 18: Tap on “Featured Packages”

Step 19: Scroll down to “Free Extensions”

Step 20: Tap on “SBSettings”

Step 21: Tap on “Install” and then “Confirm” to complete installation.

Step 22: Now, reboot your iPhone.

GREAT!! We are done with the setup. Now, how to download YouTube Videos and then bring them to Photo Library

Step 1: Tap on “YouTube”

Step 2: Select a Video by taping on the little circle with arrow pointing to the right.

Step 3: Now, tap on the Icon which is located on the top right corner (Icon looks like a BOX with a arror pointing down.)

Step 4: Here, you will be asked if you would like to download a High or Low quality video. Tap it to select one.

Step 5: Your download should start by now. To check – Tap on “More” and then tap on “Downloads”. You should see your video downloading.

Step 6: Once done downloaded, close YouTube.

Step 7: Open SBSettings (swipe you finger on the status bar.)

Step 8: Tap on “VideoMover” to turn it ON (You can turn VideoMover ON and OFF from here)

Step 9: Close SBSettings

Step 10: Now, Open Photos. (You should see the downloaded video)

From here you can choose to TRIM the downloaded video and/or sync it to your PC or MAC.
