How to unlock your iPhone 3G/3GS all basebands using Ultrasn0w 0.93

Just a little while ago, Apple released iOS 4 (previously known as iPhone OS 4) for all iPhone & iPodTouch devices except iPhone 2G & iPodTouch. If you have a jailbroken iPhone 3G / 3GS you should be able to unlock it using the new version of UltraSn0w 0.93.

If you haven’t downloaded your iPhone’s iOS 4, follow this link to for direct download links – iOS 4 is ready for download. But, hold your horses [Jailbreakers/Unlockers.

iPhone 3G & iPodTouch 2G Follow the below links to Jailbreak

UltraSn0w

This UltraSn0w version can unlock all the following basebands

  • 04.26.08
  • 05.11.07
  • 05.12.01
  • 05.13.04

One more important thing, make sure your disable 3G before your try to unlock your iPhone. Settings >> General >> Network >> 3G - Disable

Step 1: Launch Cydia

Step 2: Tap on Manage & Tap on Sources

Step 3: Tap on Edit and the Tap on Add

Step 4: Now, in the field add the following repo

http://repo666.ultrasn0w.com

Note: in ultrasn0w its a Zero not a o

Step 5: Now, tap on AddSource and then Tap on Done

Step 6: Now, Tap on the added source "repo666.ultrasn0w.com"

Step 7: Now, look for ultrasn0w 0.93 and select it.

Step 8: Now, Tap on Install and then confirm to complete the installation.
