Update (02/25/2008) – Please have a look at Gull1hack’s website. They have confirmed themselves as a fake. If you are interested, you can also read how they have created the app and videos.

A group of so called hacker are claiming that they have found an exploit and working on a jailbreak tools. So, for all of you who are excited about Gull1Hack stop getting excited because this tools seems to be a fake one.

Remember, appuloha1l ? they just created a hype and it turned out to be a real fake one. Now, this group is trying to get attention. Few things are possible with very little knowledge on iPhone and Programming.

Using BETA version of Microsoft’s Visual Studio you can just create a form like THIS, with very basic knowledge.

So, stop believing these guys and lets wait for the iPhone Dev Team / Geohot to confirm that they really have an exploit and they are working creating a jailbreaking tool. For now, using the below tutorials if you need to jailbreak you iPhone / iPod Touch
