Part 1: Exciting new features planned for Next Gen iPhone by Apple

We all know how innovative Apple is! We have been hearing rumors about Next Generation iPhone for a long time. But, we are not exactly sure of what Apple planned for its Next Generation iPhone. Looking at few patents published by the US Patent & Trademark Office from Apple, we can imagine what kind of exciting features will be loaded in Next Generation iPhone.

Next Gen iPhone

Provides Handy Tool for Traveling Executive: This will be a handy tool for a Travel Executives who travel domestic and international. With this feature, a busy travel executive can organize specific information about each city they cover under a single data button. The iPhone will know which city its in via GPS and other-means, and so when the executive open up their iPhone, the handy local-icon that they had pre-set will pop up automatically providing them with their local contacts, favorite restaurants, weather and maps etc.

Motion Compensation Feature: With this feature user gets compensation for motion on displays and touch screens when using your iPhone on a moving subway car or in a moving vehicle. It could also be used in high vibration environments.

One-Touch Ejection System:With this feature the iPhone USB cable connector will come with a build-in capacitive-sensing system that includes conductors that generate fringing electric fields. When your fingers approach the USB cable to eject your device, the system will sense this immediately and will safely dismounts the iPhone to prevent data loss.

Face Detection & Recognition Security System: With this features the user will be able to program the facial detection and recognition system so that only authorized faces could control access to specific applications, be it a spreadsheet or word processor app – or to even authorize the purchase of content at Apple’s iTunes Store or AppStore.

Emergency-Mode Processor: With in this Emergency-Mode Processor Apple planned the following…

  • Preserves Batter Life by Disabling Components – Once the user activates the Emergency-Mode Processor in an emergency non-essential hardware components may includes Bluetooth and Wi-Fi transceivers, secondary I/O devices, and/or camera sensors will be disabled. However, hardware components that may be helpful in emergency situations, such as a GPS transceiver, may continue to be active. Preventing
  • Emergency Call Disconnect – Once the user activates the Emergency-Mode Processor and makes a emergency call, it will make the user harder to disconnect the call. As a result, the call may only be disconnected by the someone on the other end of the emergency call.
  • Enabling Emergency Phrase Button – Once the user activates the Emergency-Mode Processor, user may also enable emergency phrase buttons to show on the display. This emergency phrase buttons are used by the user to communicate that they are unable to speak and a pre-recorded clip will be played (Asthma attack etc..).

Futuristic Two-Way Communications: With this feature your iPhone will be allowed to transmit consecutively or simultaneously more than one media item after first selecting the appropriate media type.

Pico Projector, Video Conferencing & Advance Content Sharing:

  • With Advance Content Sharing feature iPhone will allow users to transmit and/or share tune, a video of own or perhaps one from YouTube, a voicemail, podcast, photo and/or document to each other, all in real-time.
  • With Video Conferencing feature iPhone will offer a Split Screen Mobile iChat with which a videoconference can be done.
  • With Pico Projector feature you can watch videos, Photos, web pages, emails, text messages on any surface. This is based on a laser technology which will be embedded into iPhones.

A New Head Gesturing System: With this feature your iPhone will understand your head gestures and reacts on it. Moving one’s head in a predetermined manner can be considered as gesture. In the case of the media playback device such a gesture can cause play, pause, next, back, skip, volume up or volume down. OR If a user is in a phone call and he/she is receiving an incoming call, user can perform one or more head gestures, eg., back ans forth horizontal head movement for a “no” response or back and forth vertical head movements for “yes” response. And many more head gestures for enter, next page, previous page, scroll down and scroll up.

Enterprise Quality Biometric Security System: With this feature your iPhone will be able to authenticate the user by comparing the detected identification information with identification information stored in library of the devices. Methods like fingerprint technology, face recognition, ear canal sensory, voice recognition and Temporal Pattern.

Voice Commands: With this features you can give a voice command to your iPhone – In related to Music, Business meeting or calender events, iPhone camera controls, various voice-mail commands & more.
