Who should confirm this news? May be Steve Jobs! Well, France Telecom & Orange Executive Stéphane Richard confirmed in a radio interview that Apple will be launching its much-anticipated tablet device. Mr. Richard mentioned that, Apple will be launching its tablet by the end of this month (January 27th 2010).

Orange provides the iPhone in over 25 countries, so if Apple is indeed planning a 3G powered device, Richard is the one to know.

Couple things we got to from Mr. Richard’s interview is

• Apple Tablet will be launched this month
• Apple Tablet will be equipped with a web-cam for live video streaming
• Apple Tablet will be on a 3G network
