Have you tried resetting your Network Setting and then do a reboot. If that doesn’t work try following
–We do have a process where you can unlock an iPhone with out WiFi using blacksn0w. Here are the instructions – http://www.machackpc.com/iphone/3g/unlock-your-iphone-3g3gs-using-blacksn0w-wo-wi-fi/
As you have a Jailbreaked iPhone using custom firmare you could TRY the above and see how it reacts. If that doesn’t work I would recommend you to try Jailbreaking again using blackra1n and then unlock it using blacksn0w. Well, most of the PC’s doesn’t support booting from USB or EHD. If your PC Hardware and BIOS support booting from USB or EDH then you are good to GO.
