Update (12/13/2009) – Following pictures were taken from Nexus.

Personally, I am big fan of iPhone. But, I should admit that the picture taken from Nexus are better than iPhone 3G pictures. I hope the Next Gen iPhone will have a better px.

We don’t really need any evidence to prove that Google Phone is out.  Yesterday, we say few Google employees tweeted about Google Phone and later the Program Manager at Google confirmed that Google Handed over Google Phone to their employee across the globe as a Holiday gift. In return, Google asked its employees to give feedback and suggestions to improve the product.

Recently coryobrien tweeted the following..

“Google Phone = iPhone + a little extra screen and a scroll wheel. Great touch screen, and Android”

Scroll Wheel ? Sounds like HTC Passion. Lets take a look at the real image.

As Google Phone is on testing, some source started seeing logs on the server? They have noticed that, Google Phone has a name and it referred to “Nexus One”.  This log is provided by Boy Genius Report.

Unfortunately, Google will not be able to provide the specs for this product – at this moment. But, we got some information via other sources.

• Software: Android 2.1
• Hardware: HTC
• Specs: (according to Jason Howell): Capacitive touch screen, on screen keyboard only, thin, scroll ball, and animated desktop wallpaper.
• Launch: January 2010
• Lock Status: It will be on GMS technology and it will an unlock Phone.
