Update (03/02/2010) – According to sources who are familiar with the matter informed that CDMA version of Nexus One will be available from march 23rd 2010.

The current Google’s Nexus One is GSM/HSPA version, which is manufactured by HTC corporation. The model number for Google’s Nexus One GSM version is PB99100.

FCC approached by a CDMA version which is manufactured by HTC Corporation with a model number PB99300. Mostly likely this will be a CDMA version of Nexus One. In our previous post we have mentioned that Google is planning for a CDMA version on Nexus One. But, we are still unclear on when a CDMA version of Nexus One will be available.

One thing we are sure that, CDMA version of Nexus One will be launched via Verizon (Google has officially announced that Verizon would support the Nexus One)

On the other side Verizon is also working out a deal with Apple’s iPhone. Apple may launch a CDMA version of iPhone in its up coming WWDC 2010 event.
