Next Gen Apple iPhone/iPod Doc

Once again, Apple came up with a new and interesting way to dock your iPhone/iPod. This dock will not be our usual dock. Recently Apple applied patent for a new type of Universal Dock for iPhone/iPod. The secret of this dock, is that the base would be made of an elastic, sponge-like substance that could conform to any device and hold it in place. The dock would apparently even be able to retain the imprint of your device for convenient use next time, and be reset at the push of the button to let you use it with another device. On the other note, we are wondering is this can be used to hold up a iTablet?

As usual, you could Sync and charge your iPhone/iPod with universal dock.

We will keep you posted, if we hear any more information on this Universal Dock.
