Verizon iPhone 4 Unlocked To Work On Cricket Wireless [Pay-As-You-Go CDMA Network]



In our previous post we have informed you that, China Telecom Employees managed to unlock Verizon iPhone 4 to run it on China Telecom’s CDMA Network. Now, Cricket Wireless claims that, they can make Verizon iPhone 4 work on their network, that too on a Pay-as-you-go-plan. Well, of-course, you must first jailbreak your Verizon iPhone 4 & then install some third party MMS app (Cricket Wireless).

So, if you have a Verizon iPhone 4 and want to flash it to work on Cricket Wireless, then just take to a nearest Cricket Wireless store, they will do what every it take to make your Verizon iPhone 4 work on their network. Watch the below video as a proof of concept.

Can I flash a phone to work on the Cricket network?

Yes, Cricket will activate any phone that’s been flashed to work on the Cricket network.

Cricket corporate stores currently do not flash phones to work on the Cricket network but many of the indirect dealer (both standard and premier) have the ability to flash a customer’s phone, and most corporate stores will be able to tell a customer where to go to have their phones flashed to Cricket. If you choose to activate a non-Cricket phone on the Cricket network, there is a possibility that some of the phone features or service plan features may not operate. Additionally, flashed phones are not eligible for the Cricket Phone Replacement Program or Cricket Warranty Exchange Program. Not all phones are capable of being flashed to work on the Cricket network.

As mentioned earlier, Unlocking Verizon iPhone 4 is no same as Unlocking GSM based iPhone 4. It could be very easy for the iPhone Dev Team to Unlock Verizon iPhone 4.
