Last Monday at MIX10, Microsoft released software development kit for Windows Phone 7 Series. After a day or so, folks at XDA Developers dumped Windows Phone 7 build 7.0.0.6077 from the x86 (an emulator for developing and will be running natively on PC’s)
Now, Dan Ardelean an Engineer who is able to unlock the Windows Phone 7 Series Emulator ROM. This is an awesome news. But, lets not get super excited. Because, unlocking the Windows Phone 7 Series Emulator will only give us access to the hide components which were locked by Microsoft. Remember, this is not a final version of Windows Phone 7 Series. Things may be different when a final version gets out. But, you can explore hidden components with in Windows Phone 7 Series using emulator.
Dan Ardelan, uploaded the bin file and pulled it off because he don’t want Microsoft to get upset. But, Dan was willing share the method on how to unlock Windows Phone 7 Series. So, keep following as we update our site.
